As a Store Manager, you will lead by example and set the benchmark for your team in customer service, drive sales results and manage store budgets and targets, deliver top class store presentation, manage inventory within budget and put procedures in place to reducing shrinkage, handle the induction and ongoing training and development of your team, ensure the responsible service of alcohol, ensure that our customers and people work in a safe and clean environment, manage store administration including rosters, payroll, reporting, implement and refine company policies.
