Store Manager Supervalue Paetiki location Waikato. $70K – $75K per year.

Store Manager – Freshchoice Paetiki Taupo. Wanting to progress in the Supermarket industry, then we have the role for you. As Store Manager, you will take the charge of entire store; ensuring all departments have what they need so our customers have the best shopping experience they deserve.

As a Store Manger you will lead by example, meeting everyday challenges. In addition to leading and supervising the team of 10 to 12 people, you will be responsible for organising workloads to ensure high priority fills occur first, assisting our customers with enquiries, managing staff, and staff levels, store security and maintaining our standards of store presentation.

For this role. We need a confident people leader with experience managing a small team. A great communicator and be able to get your message across all levels. Holder of high standards, attention to detail, integrity and ability to think outside of the square.

Problem solver and able to take action to enable solutions. Experienced in a busy warehouse/inwards goods environment. Hold a current forklift licence (or have the ability to obtain one). An absolute freak for Health and Safety and Food Safety.

Hands on person. Physical role that involves standing and repetitive heavy lifting and does not mind getting hands dirty. Valid Manager's Certificate (or the ability to obtain one) to be able to sell alcohol. Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position. Hours could vary each week and weekend work involved. $70K - $75K.
