At El Jannah, we have been providing quality Lebanese style charcoal chicken and cuisine experience to our customers since 1998. El Jannah has gone through rapid expansion of our brand with further growth on the horizon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Store manager to join our network to take on the roles and responsibility to make our brand a success to our current and upcoming stores.

Purpose of position the Store Manager is responsible and accountable for the leadership and management of El Jannah store operations. The Store Manager is to maintain a complete knowledge of what we do and how we do it; this includes our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies at all times in order to proactively deliver the highest level of service to our customers, develop our teams and achieve our business goals.

About the role driving and motivating the team. Maximising profitability of the site. Staff training and on the job coaching. Rostering and working to other financial targets in the business. Maintain excellent store standard, including cleanliness and functionality of stores machines and equipment. Ensure a safe working environment. Creating a welcoming atmosphere and an amazing customer experience.

About you completed or willing to undertake Food Safety Supervisor course. Proven experience in a management role(s) in the hospitality industry. Good command of spoken and written English. Understanding of written operational and financial reports. High level people management and conflict resolution skills. Personable and approachable disposition.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial cooking and food safety. Ability and willingness to personally complete all store tasks as required. Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook). The successful candidate may need to prepare to change store location if required.
