About the role:

As an Administration Team Member, you will be the face of our store, delivering excellent customer service while providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing phone and in-person inquiries to assisting with administrative tasks.

This is a Part-Time role and flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.99 per hour for this role.

 

What’s involved:

Greet and assist customers with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or team member

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner

Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping

Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office inventory

Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner

You are proactive and organised, with excellent communication skills. You’re a team player, who can adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. You’ll need:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment

A passion for upholding safety and organisational standards across the site

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
