The Role
As a Spotlight Fill Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervise a team of up to 4+ stock team members.
Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner.
Manage stock receiving process
Support the Store Manager with your stock experience and expertise.
Adhere to OH & S policies & procedures.
Provide high level of customer service to our customers
The Ideal Candidate

High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is required
Experience with supervising a small team
A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
Strong time management, delegation and follow up skills
Experience within warehousing environments is also highly desired for this role
