Part Time Position , Stock Controller/Admin & Office Support Position. AustStar Motors is a family owned business operating for close to 32 years servicing and repairing Mercedes Benz passenger cars. We are looking for someone to manage our stock and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to join our team.
As our Stock Controller you will be managing the stock by checking off incoming stock against invoices. Updating pricing for stock. Inputting invoices and applying to jobs where needed. Crediting invoices and returning stock.
Sorting parts of jobs, customers or stock. Organise invoices, payments and dispatch parts to customers and or parts for sublet repairs. Pay COD deliveries. Pay International suppliers. Updating car stock information.
As admin and office support you will assist with answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails, plus offering administrative support across our busy office are all part of the day. We ask that you have good computer skills, are organised, communicate well, practice excellent time management and have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
This position is part time, 5 day working week Monday to Friday. Up to 30 hours per week as AustStar Motors supports flexible working hours and we are open to discussing hourly arrangements for the right candidate. You will be fully trained on our workshop program, so experience is not necessary but if you have motor industry experience, it would be an advantage.
