ABOUT THE ROLE

As a State Manager NSW, you’ll play a key role in delivering on our promise of AMAZING customer experiences and creating a culture where people genuinely love what they do. You’ll lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of Regional and Store Managers, driving sales, exceeding KPIs, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across your state. With a customer-first mindset, you’ll embed a culture of coaching and support, championing our Stop Drop and Sell mentality on the shopfloor. You’ll ensure operational excellence, maintaining compliance with all DECJUBA policies and standards, while being a passionate advocate for growth, learning and team engagement at every level of the region.

Lead your state to exceed sales targets through strong commercial performance and effective product and people placement.
Support and drive Focus Store strategies with clear execution and follow-up.
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on growth and development.
Champion coaching, succession planning and career progression across all levels.
Manage wage expenditure and store operations with a strong commercial mindset.
Ensure accurate rostering, compliance with policies, and planning for peak trade periods.
Recruit top talent in partnership with the Talent Team, aligned to our brand and culture.
Foster a learning culture that promotes accountability and internal progression.
Create a connected, energised and high-trust team culture across the state.
Lead with integrity, communicate clearly and empower your leaders to deliver AMAZING every day.

Proven experience as a State or Multi-Site Manager in a high-volume retail environment
A strong passion for people leadership – you're energised by coaching and developing others
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead with clarity, confidence and care
Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the retail landscape
