Stage Door Keeper Arts Centre Melbourne location Melbourne. $55,248.96 p.a. pro-rata.
About the role you will create remarkable customer experiences for a range of events, from rock concerts to symphony orchestras, First Nations dance performances to Comedy Festival shows and more.
You will greet and guide customers, hirers and contractors, anticipate needs during events and shows, operating with flexibility and You'll liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for our presenters and customers and ensure areas are safe and operationally effective.
Hours of work vary, with most events at night and on weekends. 2 x Variable-time ongoing positions, minimum 22.8 hours per week. Band 1.3 $55,248.96 p.a. pro-rata plus superannuation and leave entitlements.
Your skills and experience significant experience in the delivery of proactive customer service that has resulted in successful and enjoyable customer experience.
Previous experience in conflict resolution and creative problem solving. Moderate administrative skills. Moderate PC skills and the ability to use and adapt to technology, systems and applications in use at ACM.
About the team the Ticketing & Visitor Experience team sits within the Customer Experience pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit.
The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Welcome Team, Stage Door, Guided Tours and Applications that support all of these areas.
