Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About the role:

Provide therapy service to clients on a needs bases whilst building on their strengths and developing suitable long-term solutions.

Deliver goal directed therapy services to children or adults depending on your Scope of Practice. Services will be provided collaboratively with significant others to support a person’s wellbeing, function and community participation in a range of environments.

Support clients across a variety of clinical settings to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual and reflect their personal goals

Provide informative and current information to clients around valuable services to maximize their ability to make informed choices

About you:

You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen

You are a motivated clinician and have relevant experience in disability services or a related field

You are committed to human-centred approaches, strength-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation

You have excellent communication skills and are a team player.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle

Certified Practicing Speech Pathology status (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia

NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children’s Check (Employee)

Valid Australian working Rights and an international Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than (1) year within the last 10 years.
