Who Are We Looking for we are on the hunt for a dynamic Specifications Manager to join our team in New Zealand. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be instrumental in driving product specifications through key channels.
Key Responsibilities sales Excellence: Drive product specifications in residential and commercial sectors. Develop and execute account plans for architects, designers, and developers.
Market Insight: Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities. Monitor and report on competitor projects and new product information.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions, timely responses to queries, and delivery of product training. Ensure prompt follow-up on all customer queries and leads.
Who You are strong customer focus with exceptional communication skills. Proven track record in specification sales with in-depth knowledge of the New Zealand A&D and developer market. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-starter with a relentless work ethic and high ethical standards. Skilled negotiator focused on customer-driven decision-making. Experience in luxury/premium product categories is preferred.
