About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Host to join our dedicated and caring One Spa team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working alongside skilled therapists to ensure every guest enjoys an experience of ultimate bliss.
This is a part-time role on a 12 month fixed term contract with availability to work Wednesday to Saturday essential.

As our Spa Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for One Spa – welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone. You’ll be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail, and provide exceptional customer service with a gentle, five-star approach that makes every guest feel relaxed, special, and cared for.
Your key responsibilities for the role include:
Provide customer service at reception, including answering calls, taking reservations, managing appointment availability, confirming bookings, and processing payments
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, including folding towels and robes
Manage stock, lost property, and other back-of-house duties
Promote One Spa products and services
Provide administrative support to the Spa Manager
Perform beauty treatments on an ad hoc basis, when operational needs require
What you’ll need to be successful
Availability to work Wednesday - Saturday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Australian recognised Diploma in Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
Experience in a day spa or beauty reception environment (highly regarded)
Exceptional attention to detail & can deliver superior quality customer service
Strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of spa or salon booking systems is an advantage
Ability to be organised, multi-task, prioritise & work in a fast-paced environment
Be reliable and work in an effective and supportive team environment
Exceptional personal presentation & grooming
