Job description company background knots cafe is a lifestyle cafe that carries fresh food, flowers and furniture, located at a few min walk from Macpherson MRT. We have recently opened a second outlet at Bras Basah area.

Responsibilities be in charge of second outlet (food kiosk) at Bras Basah/Dhoby Ghaut area. Prepare Menu items and develop menu where relevant (western cuisine) with Head Chef. Maintain Inventory of Kitchen Supplies. Oversee Kitchen Staff and Employee Schedules, ensure staff are motivated and supported. Ensure Food Safety and Sanitation Standards are met. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements Singaporean / PR / Dependent pass welcome. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Hardworking and willing to learn. Able to speak English to communicate with colleagues, Mandarin is an advantage, 6 day work week.
