Responsibilities manage and ensure day to day operation system run smoothly. Refer to the list of needed ingredients on a day-to-day basis and check inventory acquire ingredients not available in storage prior to the start of the day Inform the kitchen staff of their schedules and duties.

Monitor food budgets and make sure that all supplies are bought within the set budget make arrangements to store food items in a safe and orderly manner Rotate frozen food items as standardized in the kitchen rule book. Attend to any last minute additional meal order or menu change. Help to maintain general cleanliness in the kitchen area and as well as the equipment for the kitchen use. Ensure meals are prepared according to work order timings and are blast chilled according.

Requirement 1 year of relevant working experience will be an advantage. Comfortable with handling non-halal food. Priority given to those with (HACCP) KNOWLEDGE or have ( FSMS) certificate with a bonus to increment salary. Singaporean/PR only.
