Sous Chef, location Bendemeer, Salary range $2,500 - $3,500, Western Cuisine.

Job responsibilities ensure high standards & quality of food being sent out. Ensure food safety & hygiene standards are met. On top of meat smoking, your duties will include sausage making, butchering, cooking on the line and lots of prep work. Barbecue/Meat smoking skills are an advantage but not required, good knife and kitchen skills are a must. Most of all, your enthusiasm and passion to deliver awesome food will be the reason we want you.

Job requirements at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Western / American cuisine is a big advantage. You must be diligent and motivated, Be a team player.
