Job scope is an all American BBQ Smokehouse. We specialize in meat smoking, low and slow, using wood smoked techniques. We are hiring a passionate BBQ CHEF to join our small team. On top of meat smoking, your duties will include sausage making, butchering, cooking on the line and lots of prep work. Barbecue/Meat smoking skills are an advantage but not required, good knife and kitchen skills are a must. Most of all, your enthusiasm and passion to deliver awesome food will be the reason we want you.
