The Opportunity

We are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join our leading Digital Legal Delivery team to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

You will be responsible for managing Digital’s real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as supporting due diligence and transactions.

As a key client contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients. Collaboration is central to this role, and you will work closely with colleagues in both the Sydney and Melbourne offices, as well as with our global network, to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.

As part of the broader Digital team, you will serve as a key contact for Real Estate in Australia and across our global network. You will also provide assistance on client matters and related tasks as required.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients, innovative legal technology, and global strategic projects.

Senior Solicitors will also supervise and mentor junior team members, providing regular feedback through structured coaching sessions.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

2+ years' of property/leasing experience.

A current unrestricted practicing certificate.

Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents. Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded.

Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and matter management skills.
