After a period of growth for our firm, we are seeking a senior lawyer to take over and manage our Relationship Property practice.

Benefitting from the firm’s large existing client base and a strong referral network, you will have a great opportunity to develop your career as you become involved in all aspects of our busy Relationship Property practice, part of our Litigation and Disputes Resolution team.

The ideal candidate will already be in a senior role and have a strong track record in all aspects of both simple and disputed relationship property matters, including representing clients in the Family Court and at mediations.  Although we have not traditionally acted in custody matters, experience here will be a plus.

You will have an excellent academic history, and be able to operate independently while engaging confidently with our staff and clients. While not essential, you may also have experience in civil litigation and/or dispute resolution. You may be already based here, or be seeking a move to the Hawke's Bay.
