Mosh has been specialising in social media for over ten years. We're small, but due to growth we're getting a little bigger. We’re a tight and friendly team who are fluent in GIFs, dad jokes, and appreciate a good meme. We're looking for someone to fit into the Mosh family, and grow with us as we take over the world. Failing that, keeping our self-proclaimed title as the #1 social media agency in NZ will do.

This is a client facing role, and you will look after a variety of clients from FMCG, to finance, to farming, and everything in between. It's fast-paced, deadline driven, and every day is different. You will have experience managing your own clients as an account manager, ideally in an agency, and you'll have a solid understanding of social media marketing concepts and strategy.

You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator. An even better listener and note taker. Great at turning your notes into briefs. Confident running meetings. Calm under pressure. Methodical and organized. Experienced at pricing and managing budgets. Have an eye for effective creative. Have another eye for accuracy and detail.

The role is very autonomous, and there’s potential to grow. Our office vibe is pretty chill, and a positive culture is super important to us. We get busy when we need to, but also enjoy flexible hours, work from home days, team lunches, and the occasional gin'n'games night.
