Job responsibilities to manage and support all wsh-related issues, identify hazards and propose solutions to avoid incidents daily, carry out daily site inspection on health & safety and environmental aspects, and make sure the compliance with safety standards and government regulations, manage and oversee safety records and checklists, apply the permit to work systems together with relevant checklists for the compliance, implement and confirm the risk assessment/swp/ms is properly conducted and ensure it is effectively communicated to the field workforce, investigate accidents if any, identify causes and take necessary actions to avoid similar accidents in future, to aid with the management of wsh programme and promote awareness, other duties as may be assigned if needed. Job requirements minimum 2 years working experience in the construction industry, has obtained wsq advanced certificate in wsh (level b), has obtained risk management course (bizsafe level 2) certification, has obtained occupational first aid course (aed + cpr), preferably has obtained the work at height assessors course, preferably has obtained wsq supervise safe lifting operations course, good spoken and written communication skills, good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team, co-ordinate a number of different projects at the same time, registered with mom certified (wshc).
