This position will suit a Site Manager who is wanting a change or a competent Leading-hand Carpenter who is wanting the next challenge to further their career with a reputable local company.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the whole process including site set up. Co-ordinating day to day site activities and co-ordinating sub-contractors. Ensuring the company adhere to deadlines and specifications. Leading and motivating your team. Reporting to the PM on a regular basis. Ensuring H&S guidelines are met

About you ideally you will have 5+ years experience in Leading-hand carpentry/Foreman role. Have reasonable computer skills – particularly in the MS Office suite. Have respect for the team, gear and company, Possess initiative. Be punctual, dedicated and reliable. Can do attitude – everyone is equal, and you’re not afraid to pull your weight. You are adaptable and flexible.
