Site Manager Midrise Construction Property Partners Limited location Auckland.

SM role build Partners are looking for a talented and motivated Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of midrise (3-8 storey) construction projects in the greater Auckland area. Our team has a great reputation for delivering successfully in the accommodation and light commercial space. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects for government and corporate clients.  Build Partners are a fast-growing company who is looking for people who value culture & have a growth mindse.

Key responsibilities create a culture of excellence through continuous improvement and achievement on site. Ideally 5 years experience as a Site Manager. Manage the site operation from build set up to completion by implementing robust project methodology. Oversee all elements of construction working with the Project Manager and team to deliver the project on time and to budget with excellent project quality standards achieved.

Coordination of all on-site resources including trades, suppliers, and client contractors. Set the standard for Build Partners Health & Safety and implement expectations across all trades on site. Must be a good communicator with strong management acumen & the ability to know when to escalate issues in a timely manner. Have a passion for delivering projects & creating a good culture on-site with trades and subcontractors.

Skills & experience LBP or Construction management degree (or similar). Must have experience in steel and concrete, commercial high rise and commercial contracts management essential timber frame construction (3 storey walk-ups). Running projects of $5million+ as lead Site Manager, with experience in all phases of the project delivery.

Site Health and Safety & QA leadership to ensure the site meets standards of excellence. Professional and confident in interactions. Keen problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure with the flexibility to meet changing demands. Civil & sub-divisional works experience advantageous. Able to use Microsoft Project; Word and learn our CM System. Have the ability to work autonomously if required.
