Our projects include apartment developments, high rise steel structures, commercial buildings, major industrial plants, bridges, tunnels, and multi-unit residential developments.

As one of our Site Managers you will lead teams of highly skilled riggers and erectors. You will ensure projects are completed to the required standards and specifications, on time and within budget. You will be supported by our Project Manager and team in our Head office. As well as our large fabricating workshop with skilled welders and fabricators and specialist CNC machinery that will make sure you get what you need to deliver successfully on site. Working with the “Major players” in the Wellington construction industry you will represent our company on site and create great customer experiences.

To be successful in the role you will be experienced in managing structural steel site installation (seismic strengthening experience would be an advantage but not essential). An excellent communicator. Organized and have a systematic approach to problem solving. Detail focused and accurate in your work.

Able to communicate well with co-workers and customers. Knowledgeable in the construction industry. Able to read shop drawings.
