KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a Site Administrator for a Brisbane project in Queensland. On offer will be a 55Hr week consisting of 10hrs Monday to Friday and 5hrs Saturday. Above award wages and penalties will be paid.
Key responsibilities experience working in a strictly confidential environment to maintain confidentiality of employees personal information. Answer and monitor all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and Document Control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the Project team.
Maintain filing, record management and systems and absentee registers are maintained and kept up to date in a proficient manner including. Personal documentation filing and record management (scanning into electronic files). Maintain register in absenteeism.
Maintain register welfare checks of personal. Coordinate preparation of pre-start notices and toolbox agenda. Assist in weekly and monthly Periodic reporting by way of utilising entered in reports submitted into the HSEQ database and site client. Be prepared to assist in collecting alcohol and drug samples.
Provide Administration coverage within and/or other departments when employees are on R&R and other absences. Update the weekly register for plant, equipment and light vehicles. Booking and management of travel requirements including but not limited to flights, accommodation & meals
About you must be Brisbane QLD Based. Relevant experience in Fireproofing applications. Current C Class Drivers License. OHS Card (Blue or White Construction Card). Work at Heights + Confined Space + Gas Test (within 2 years). Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical. Willingness to learn and improve on your current skill set. Safety focused with a strong work ethic.
