Showroom/Admin Assistant - The Blinds Gallery. The Blinds Gallery are one of Perth’s market leaders in blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings. We have been a manufacturer and retailer of custom, made-to-measure window coverings to both residential and commercial customers since 1996.

We are looking for a full time Showroom Sales/Administration customer service assistant located at our Landsdale showroom. The successful applicant will have a keen interest in retail sales, exceptional customer service and a positive, enthusiastic mindset.

Rostered Saturday(9am-1pm) work required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key competencies excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer proficiency. Exceptional customer service orientation. Adaptability and enthusiasm. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Professional and presentable appearance. Multitasking abilities. Prior experience in a similar customer service or reception role is preferred however not essential for the right candidate.

Job Tasks and responsibilities engage with clients in the showroom, over the phone, and via email. Answer incoming calls and address customer queries promptly. Prepare quotations based on house plans. Schedule appointments for in-home consultants. Provide clients with detailed product and service information. Assist with general office tasks as needed.
