About the role we are seeking an individual who will cover our Dealership's front of house operations and help manage guests whilst they are within the Showroom. This role is all about creating lasting first impressions by attending to guests on arrival to the showroom, answering the phones, directing Sales enquiry, and helping facilitate the Sales and Service Experience.

This full-time position is available to the successful candidate as a permanent position to be considered for the position you must demonstrate initiative, have a ‘guest first’ mentality, exceptional phone manner, good administrative skills, organised, punctual  and ensure you are able to deliver a high level of customer service to the guests staying with us whilst their service is being completed.

Initiating conversation with guests on the phone and showroom. Excellent guest service; always welcoming and patient, actively listening and adapting to guests' needs and requests. Excellent communication skills.

Guest focused attitude. Immaculate and professional presentation. Is transparent in all dealings and represents the brand with pride. Professional approach and high levels of self-motivation. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

High attention to detail. Hotel or hospitality experience advantageous. Keen learner. Team orientated working. Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience. Ability to work in Australia unrestricted.
