Shop Manager location Beach Road / Bugis / Rochor, Central. Job Type Full-Time. Responsibilities lead and manage the shops to ensure excellence customer service as well as responsible for shops profitability and all operation related matter, responsible for daily smooth operations of stores including supervising and training the team, planning of staff roster, overseeing stock levels, ordering of stock, wastage management, achieve monthly sales target by identifying sales opportunities and collaborations, budget management, maintain excellent customer service and handle all customer related issues, comments, feedback, perform administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, cash audits, updating pos, ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene standards, undertake and perform any other duties as assigned by operations lead/ general manager. Requirements passionate with people and services, self-motivated, cheerful and dynamic personality with good leadership skills, ability to multi-tasking, effective communication skills, good time management and organizing skills, preferably diploma holder in hospitality or related field, minimum 2 years’ experience in food and beverage industry, possess knowledge on coffee, pastry and bakery products will be an added advantage, singaporean only.
