Main duties include fast & friendly customer service, Cash handling, General cleaning and stocking of display cabinets, Maintain all stock quantities in shop front, Making coffees, Some food prep (training will be provided where necessary).

Skills & competencies sound understanding and use in speaking the English language . Basic numeracy and literacy competency. Customer service focused committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face. Communication the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
