Shipping Executive location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West. Job Type Temporary.

Job duty prepare correspondences, report, invoices, shipping documents. Timely processing of orders and preparation of shipping documents. Communicate and liaise with Tradenet, Government agencies for approval of all relevant documents and declarations. Ensure that all imported and exported products conform to government or government agencies rules and policies.

-Prepare all relevant documents for L/C negotiations with bank. Coordination of delivery, shipment and collection of goods with customers, suppliers, forwarders, shipping companies, contractors for stuffing and unstuffing and other departments within the company/group. Negotiation of freight charges for all shipments.

Issue of weekly/daily work orders for stuffing and unstuffing or loading and unloading of drums, bags and components to the plant. Responsible for translation of material requirements to support customers’ and company’s needs. Consistent update of incoming and outgoing goods. Organize and maintain shipping correspondence file record. Continually seek to improve works performance, quality and cost.

Job information location Gul circle, Salary Up to $3.2k, Working hours Mon-Fri 8.15am-5.30pm, Duration: 2 months to PERM. Transport provided to and from at Lakeside MRT and Boon Lay MRT, Joo Koon MRT (one way).

Requirements minimum Diploma in Shipping/Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent.  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience related to Manufacturing and Production Operations.
