This candidate will be hired to handle company’s daily import/export matters, transport will be provided at designated pick up points island-wide, attractive remuneration package. Job responsibilities data entry and maintain the record in the system, create do/po/pr, prepare relevant documents pertaining to shipping, liaison with corporate clients pertaining to payment matters, daily administrative support to the department, ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management. Job requirements minimum diploma in logistics/supply chain with at least 1 year of working experience in administrative support/shipping/customer service field, team player, proficient in microsoft excel (v-look up/pivot table), work location boon lay, salary range $1600, working hours 8.30 am – 5.30pm (mondays to fridays), able to commit overtime when it is needed.
