Job responsibilities maintain F&B environment. Ensure mis-en-plus of quality and consistency for service. Check Work Stations for operations. Ensure food served in accordance to SOPs. Provide quality control during shift and execute crisis management plans. Interact with and service F&B Customers.

Manage service performance and customers’ expectations. Coordinate productivity performance. Provide quality control for service. Maintain inventories. Maintain halal certification requirements. Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required.

Coordinate troubleshooting at store level during shift. Coach and supervise team. Follow Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations. Solve problems and make decisions at supervisory level. Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures. Conduct outlet audit to upkeep standards.

Job requirements good integrity and personality. Candidates with good personal and work hygiene. Use essential features of a computer. Use primary functions and applications of cooking equipment & tablets. Contribute to customer service over various platforms. Supervise quality procedures. Maintain displays at store. Lead by example with a positive and professional image. Ability to lead and supervise in a diverse service environment. Lead workplace communication and engagement. Conduct basic store induction and buddy new hires. At least 3 years relevant experience in F&B / Commercial kitchen.
