Shift Lead location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Edgewater Consultancy Pte Ltd. Education Level Diploma.
Taking food and beverage orders. Ensure that service area is operational before restaurant operations. Closing duties, clearing dining area, oversee kitchen's cleanliness at all times. Lead by example, promotes positive work environment. Cooperate with Restaurant /Assistant Restaurant Manager on all other restaurant operational needs.
Qualifications Diploma or Professional Certification in Food related studies (Qualifications are secondary if you possess excellent work ethics). At least 2 years of related experience in Singapore. Good to have food and Hygiene certification (not compulsory). REAL passion to continuously develop a career in the Service Sector.
