This is one of the most important roles in the business. Being the face of the Service Department you will be in control of customer service execution, the most critical facet of return visits to the service lane.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Queenstown based team as our Service Advisor/Receptionist. The successful candidate will be tasked with booking customers into the service department, invoicing, ordering parts, delivering cars and working closely with the Service Manager. To be considered for the role you will need to illustrate an eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, follow process and a passion for or at least a basic understanding of cars.

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to booking customers into the service department, Invoicing, Ordering and receipting parts into stock, Calling customers, Explaining to customers what is wrong with their car and recommendations the service team have identified could be carried out.
