Casual Service Desk Technician Barker College location Sydney, North West and Hills District. Barker College is seeking to appoint suitably qualified, innovative and enthusiastic Casual Service Desk Technicians (Level 1). This is a Casual role as a Level 1 Service Desk Technician to commence ASAP.  Tasks include support students, staff and parents to enable them in their use of technology, provide technical support via phone, face to face or email, maintain up to date records of requests via the college helpdesk system, work in line with incident management principles, updating the status of all assigned requests, provide classroom av support, basic networking. Barker College is a child safe organisation and all statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment.  A NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a National Police Check will be required. Barker College is an Anglican School and applicants for this position will need to demonstrate sympathy with and support for the School’s Christian values.
