Service Desk Technician Revolution location Auckland. $55,000 – $60,000 per year.

With over 25 years in the IT Support and Managed Service Provider market, Revolution are one of the leading Small Business IT Providers in Auckland.  We are a customer focused team and are looking for a new staff member to hit the ground running.

Skills & experience we are looking for an additional Service Desk Technician for our Auckland office who is a self-starter, keen to learn and possess the following characteristics. Client focused. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, is well organised and an effective problem solver. Have a strong work ethic and is team oriented. Ideally have 1-2 years in a similar role.

Applicants should possess the following technical skills experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems - e.g. Server 2019/2022, Windows 10/11.

Experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration and networking. Experience with networking hardware and troubleshooting. Microsoft 365 administration. Familiar with RMM and PSA systems (N-Able/Autotask preferable). Microsoft certifications a bonus.
