Service Desk Manager Talent location Sydney.
Due to increased business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Manager, to join an Australian owned and based company in Sydney CBD.
Your day to day responsibilities will be as follows Service Desk/Contact Centre Centre Team Leader experience ideally within a B2B IT Systems business/ IT Managed Service Provider. Exposure managing a team of 5+ Contact Centre Specialists within a complex technical environment.
A high level of technical service desk contact centre technology understanding Genesys preferred. Ensure a high level of customer SLA's are delivered with exceptional customer service. Day to Day mentoring and team leadership including training and reporting to the senior leadership team.
Relevant ITIL certifications are expected the ability to establish and implement best-practice business solutions and create a high performing team culture. All candidates must be currently based in Sydney with full Australian working rights. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package available.
