Description
Service Desk Analyst Kapital Consulting location Sydney, Ryde and Macquarie Park. Salary $50,000 - $59,999. Kapital are working with a Global Professional Services team in Sydney to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to be part of a growing team. The role will require someone with 1 or more years experience working in a customer focused technical organization to assist end users with technical requirements, log incidents, and manage customer expectations across APAC. The role will require someone with strong communication skills and a drive to expand your skills as further training and opportunities will be provided. Role will require someone who is able to be flexible across CBD and Macquarie Park locations, and someone comfortable working flexible rotating hours, for morning and afternoon shifts - this includes shifts on the weekend. You will need full working rights for this role. Skills we're looking for strong written and verbal communication skills, good technical knowledge of it systems within a large corporate and professional environment, prior experience troubleshooting windows 7 and 10, microsoft office and mac environments, strong customer service focus, knowledge or certifications in itil processes advantageous, windows certifications or tertiary studies preferred but not mandatory, prior experience providing desktop support / it support over the phone or in person.
