Service Desk Analyst Anglicare SQ location Brisbane.

Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a Service Desk Analyst on a 12 Month Contract to join our ICT team based in Fortitude Valley.

Your role in supporting Anglicare will include provide 1st level IT Support and act as first point of call for user issues. Provide onsite and remote assistance in resolving helpdesk calls, and escalate critical and unresolved issues when required. Respond to all issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner and prioritise issues depending on criticality and nature.

Document, log, and monitor support desk issues and follow-up activities. Provide updates as to the status of calls. Install software & utilities on client devices and servers. Provide hardware and peripheral installation as required. Respond to health-check and system monitoring events, and escalate issues as appropriate. Monitor system operations and performance, analyse and report on trouble trends and develop improvements where issues arise.

What you will bring to the role Qualifications in IT or similar (Desirable). Experience in assisting end users with various ICT issues, preferably within a large organisation. Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information at all levels.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including problem resolution, negotiation and influencing. Enthusiastic and energetic attitude with the ability to work calmly under pressure and effectively manage a high workload. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
