Service Desk Analyst TEKsystems location Wellington.

The role our client is looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts to provide remote support and training for essential staff. This includes providing L1 and L2 support, commissioning devices, and patching applications.

Technical skills experience providing level 1 and level 2 support. Experience with training end users. Understanding of Windows 10 and O365 environments and devices. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Culturally you will be helpful, patient and calm. Passionate about customer service and having a strong why. Happy to go out of your way to provide the best experience.

Responsibilities helping users adopt and utilise applications remotely. Provide support and training. Commission and distribute devices and applications.
