Service Desk Analyst Randstad Technologies location Sydney. Salary $27.50/hr + super.

Randstad is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide a single point of contact for end users for all IT related queries. You will provide Service Desk Support by resolving clients incidents and accurately logging the resolution or investigative work performed into a Service Desk database.

The position will work within a team of Level 1 analysts on rotating shifts covering 24/7 hour operations and on call. The team has the overall aim of achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that client service levels are met.

Essential requirements excellent customer service skills. Sound technology knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work within a team environment and also independently. Knows how to engage end users and provide support. Competent managing competing demands and priorities.
