Service Desk Analyst Sharp & Carter Technology, Projects & Digital location Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. Salary $60,000 package. Role and responsibilities deployment of ict equipment, hardware and software support for microsoft windows, macos, and ios devices, enrolment and management of devices in mdm solution, produce and maintain documentation and knowledge-base articles, operate, setup, and maintain stage, projection, lighting, sound, theatre communications, and video systems, repair or replace a/v systems and provide support for installing systems as required, coordinate and perform on-site assessments of existing a/v systems to verify configurations, support documentation, available resources, and environment constraints. Requirements relevant education and/or experience in ict or a/v, strong technical skills in either audio, lighting and/or staging, working with children check.
