Service Desk Analyst Data#3 location Sydney.

Our client is looking for their next IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide technical assistance and support for all of their practices. You will be responsible for hardware or software issues and respond to queries, run diagnostic tests, isolate problems and determine and implement solutions. You will be the first point of contact and will provide face-to-face, phone and remote support to staff across ANZ.

Essential criteria 2 years relevant technical experience providing help desk support. Experience in a professional services firm is essential. PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android). Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN. Knowledge of: Active Directory maintenance and Exchange 2007/13 & Exchange Online, Microsoft Office 2010/16 suite and IP Telephony phone system.
