Service Desk Analyst Latitude IT location Sydney.
We are looking for a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join an ASX-listed company based in Western Sydney. This role will be providing L1-2 support to its system users across the business.
The role encompasses the following 1st line support. Troubleshooting and solving issues. Experience supporting and configuring the following technologies: Win 10 environment / Office365 / ServiceNow (ITSM) / Active Directory. ITIL (certification preferred). Basic Hardware support (printers, mobiles and etc.).
Your background will include experience working with ITSM ServiceNow. Previous experience supporting payroll systems. Ability to handle a high number of calls. Deep understanding of ITIL best practices. An innovative mindset and can bring ideas or improved ways of working. Customer-focussed with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
