Service Desk Analyst Hays Information Technology location Melbourne, CBD and Inner Suburbs. 3 month contract with possibility of extension. State Government organisation looking for a Service Desk Analyst for an immediate start for a 3 month contract your new company located conveniently on the fringe of melbourne cbd, this large victorian state government Department influences outcomes that can have a real impact on people’s lives. They have recently rolled out newly developed ERP Cloud platform and are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to support with everyday functions. Your new role as the service desk analysts will provide first response to email requests, walk-ins, mobile device. You will be conducting initial troubleshooting and triage of all incidents reported via service now. What you’ll need to succeed experience in a service desk role with a high volume of calls and tickets, hands on experience with service now ticketing systems, knowledge of oracle desirable, experience with financial erp, actively monitor and update open incidents and requests in accordance to set sla’s, where possible and appropriate provide the customer with regular progress updates for open incidents or requests until resolution, perform customer follow up to confirm service restoration prior to the resolution of the ticket.
