Service Desk Agent location Macpherson / Potong Pasir, East. Job Type Full-Time.

We are looking for Independent, bright and enthusiastic individuals to join an established company. The individual must have at least 1 year of experience and knowledge in the Call Center domain field in IT troubleshooting and Remote assistance.

Main Duties & responsibilities handle Incidents through the channels provided as part of incident handling services for providing IT support to end users. Handle all related IT issues. Remote support, Log, Track and Escalate related problems to the correct entity. Monitoring and Tracking of incidents. Relevant follow up and closure of related incidents. Ensure Users are progressively informed of the case status. Continuously seek to improve the service process to be more efficient.

Essential Skills and experience 1 year experience in IT Troubleshooting Call Center domain field. Understanding end users mind-set. Working knowledge of IT troubleshooting preferred. Able to define problem types and assign priorities to each case.
