What can you expect as the Service Delivery Manager at 4DMedical The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the operations and monitoring of 4DMedical’s cloud-based SaaS platform in Azure. You will work closely with the Australia-based Software/ICT Teams to develop and maintain operational best practices in the deployment of our SaaS software, and alongside the Sales team to deliver a responsive service to our external clients.

You will also assist in managing the internal Service Desk and supporting all internal 4DMedical users. This role is within the ICT Team of 4DMedical Limited, and reports to the ICT Manager.

This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities responsible for the operations and monitoring of our cloud-based SaaS platform in Azure. Manage all aspects of service delivery, including external and internal users. Manage support for all production SaaS issues and providing an escalation point for customer support queries and complaints.

Manage the team responsible for responding to SaaS customer queries/complaints. Assist with reporting and providing data/information as required. Incident and problem management (including Major Incident Management). Service level management and reporting. Executing deployment and upgrades under guidance from Software/ICT teams and/or OEM. Assist in the setup of new customers on the system.

Work collaboratively with Software/ICT teams as required to transition services into Production cloud environments. Help drive overall security of Production SaaS environment and other ICT systems. Assist with any ICT related tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate Bachelor’s degree or similar in a relevant field. At least 5 years of relevant previous experience in ICT roles involving service delivery. Experience with managing SaaS applications hosted in Azure for customers.
