We have offices in each mainland state and provide complete industrial refrigeration solutions including design, construction and comprehensive servicing for a wide range of sectors including mining, chemical, food and beverage.

About this opportunity:

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator for Johnson Controls’ diverse portfolio and in particular for industrial refrigeration.

About the role:

Coordination of workflow for technicians, Qld branch as required, Meeting customer requirements

Sourcing of materials and components as required for above

Scheduling of contracted maintenance programs with clients as required, achieving plant reliability

Monitor critical works reports from technicians. These should be reviewed regularly to identify opportunity for additional works, critical client operational and safety issues.

Technical support to the technicians as required, Support after hours will be required on some occasions

Site visits to assist technicians and to carry out

Assist Checking / receipting supplier invoices

Assist with processing time sheets

Assist with costing of jobs in accordance with pricing guidelines

Assist administration support with invoicing to achieve accounting deadlines and budgets. Minimize work in progress

Preparation of quotes and estimates to clients as required

Assist in the coordination and management of vehicle requirements, on call roster, prep for toolbox meetings, Technician holidays and other service miscellaneous requirements

Take reasonable care for the health and safety of self and persons at the workplace and those that may nbe affected by the employees acts or omissions at work

Cooperate with GBI management or other persons as far as is necessary to enable compliance with any requirement under th health and safety legislation that are imposed in the interest of health and safety and welfare on the employee or any other person

Perform Duties as assigned by Manager

Proven Microsoft suite skills
