Service Delivery Administator Royal New Zealand Plunket Trust location Northland.
We are seeking a motivated and vibrant Administrator to join our Northland team based in Whangarei to provide support to our Clinical teams enabling them to reach positive health outcomes in line with our three overarching goals. Success in this role requires you to have sound working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, experience with accurate data entry and making booking appointments for families. Your strengths include strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication (ability to speak a second language an advantage), and a high level of organisation. An ability to work under pressure with a strong solution focus. This role includes maintaining Plunket's client information system (CRM) and other general administration duties.
This is a fixed-term contract covering for parental leave from 1 July 2020 until 19 July 2021. In order to apply for this role you must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, hold a full New Zealand driver's licence and be fluent in written and spoken English.
