Part time Salary Range (Fixed hours) 35 Hours / Week - $1,400, 20 Hours / Week - $700.

Criteria Singaporean / PR / LTVP / Dependent Pass are encouraged to apply. No experience is required. Must possess a positive attitude and sheer determination to learn. Eagerness to work in a team and listen to instructions. Burning passion for hospitality and able to take initiatives. Looking for career progression and expansion with the team. Positive mindset and attitude with great interpersonal skills to influence and communicate.

Job responsibilities greet and assist customers with orders. Explain to guests about the outlet concept and menu thoroughly with enthusiasm. Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers. Assist to pack and serve customer’s food with a smile. Prepare food according to outlet needs.

Respond to customer complaints and enquiries, resolving issues when possible or referring customers to managers as needed. Process cash, NETs and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems. Keep the outlet premises clean and organised. Stock work and customer areas with needed supplies such as napkins, condiments and cleaning supplies. Notify management when inventory level begins to run low. Clearing and cleaning of work stations efficiently. Perform opening and closing duties per outlet SOPs.
