Service Crew  location Orchard / River Valley, Central. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Reputable F and B Restaurant. Education Level O-Level.

Salary (Full Time) Basic $1700 to $1900, Meal allowance $150, Performance Bonus yearly, Yearly increment, OT 1.5x.

Salary (Part Time) Basic $10 / hour, Weekend Allowance $1/hour, Salary increment base on performance, OT 1.5x.

Working hours 5 days work week, 44 hrs / week, shift hours, restaurants open at 10am, ends latest 12am (Transportation will be provided for those who ends at 12am).

Responsibilities preps all items to set up the kitchen for success.  Receives product and ensures its quality, proper storage, and labeling.

Keep kitchen stocked with product, disposables and clean utensils and maintains floors and trash in the kitchen throughout the shift to ensure a smooth operational flow. Keep equipment, utensils, tools and Back of House clean, organized and sanitized throughout the shift.

Assist in the creation of checklists pertaining to the back of house. Prepping of items in alignment with shake shack guidelines to ensure high standards and consistency in food products. Ensure receiving procedures are applied when receiving goods in alignment with checklists. Ensure proper rotation of stock at location.

Responsibilities demonstrate high competency and standard in menu, allergy and surrounding location knowledge in order to assist with enquiries and provide high standards of hospitality. Accurate management of cash register. Ensure all food items are reviewed, present. Communicate with relevant colleagues on orders. Facilitate additions to orders. Assist in meeting sales target through use of 4C’s. Assist in managing the lines and surrounding cleanliness. Assist with guest’s concerns.
