Job duties greet and build rapport with customers. Learning fast on product knowledge. Attend to customer’s enquiries. Upsell and promote the products to the customers. Handle daily cashiering duties including opening and closing procedures.

Monitor stock levels of supplies and replenish in time. Prepare and pack the food for customers. Reheat the food upon customers' request. Clean the tableware after customers' use. Follow the Company’s procedures on food hygiene and safety standards at the outlet. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Job requirement Singaporean or PR due to quota. [Full Time] 9 hours x 5 days/week. [Part Time] Two Weekdays + Saturday Morning + Sunday Morning. 3 months probation period.Must be able to work on Weekends and PH(OT will be paid according to MOM ). Min 2 years F & B experience as a cashier and service crew. Good personal presentation, hygiene and food safety skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to do upselling/Service & sales-oriented. Applicants who can start work immediately preferred. Barista experiences or knowledge of operating espresso machine is a plus.
